At Apple Patch Pet Care, customer satisfaction and your dog’s wellbeing are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

The product must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Due to the nature of pet supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Credit will appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
